Earth Day Assignment

I have an assignment for you to complete on your own. You can do this assignment from school computers or at home if you have a computer at home. It will take about 15 minutes to complete. Your task is to learn about a career in science called a Conservation Biologist. While you read you need to find the answers to some questions I have posted below and answer one by adding to the discussion on the wiki. Here is the link to the article! q.)4) She has many challenges in her job but to me it seems that the biggest would be people she meets. This is a challenge because she has to learn all the new languges and also needs to know how they all react with what she wants to do.
I agree, Justin, it can be challenging to work with people in other cultures but very rewarding too!
5) I will remember alot about elenor and her job but this war really rewarding to read because its so inspiring. She has done so much and never stopped. Its really amazing and it encourages me to always do my best and never give up. I’m glad we had to read this because its extremly inspirational. Therefore i hope to remember all of this whenever i get knocked down and this will help me to keep trying and always try again.
I found it interesting that elenor took the time to learn all those languages and even have the patients for it. I find elenor very
inspiring and makes me want to set my mind to do something i really want to do.
Number Five
After reading this article i will remember Elenor about how she uses science to help the enivorment, and the people around it. She talks to important people but, as it said in the article she never forgot to also talk to the people that were surronding the park. That she worked so hard even though that when she was in school she never thought she would be good in math or chemistry, she thought only guys would be but, she showed them that she was good at it and that she worked hard at what she loved.
5) I learned a lot from Elenor and I hope that I’ll remember most of it. It was a great inspiration hearing that she made it into the science world where it is mostly men. Also, she learned so many languages and continued to learn even out of colllege. She was a big inspiration and i hope to be like her in the future.
The thing that interested me the most was when she beet all the boys on the track team. The other thing is that she goes and visits places and other scientist to study other animalson her trip.
